| Personalize a Gingerbread House Themed Tin |
One of my favorite Christmas gifts to send to far away family or friends, especially those we've previously enjoyed sharing a gingerbread house party with, is to make and send gingerbread house pieces that I've made from scratch, along with some of our favorite candies.
If you are going to be baking gingerbread houses, your nieces and nephews, or granchildren, will be thrilled with the prospect of receiving a set of pieces long distance. Include that set in a tin, padded with marshmallows to avoid breakage...whether you use this personalized gingerbread tin, or a simple tin or box from your big box retailer, you'll be making a special moment for the recipient!
